Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your THS gear. If something isn’t right, reach out and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns of eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition.

Because some THS merchandise may be produced specifically for your order, made-to-order, personalized, customized, clearance, and final-sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Wrong Size?

Please double-check the sizing information provided on the product page before ordering.

If you need to exchange an eligible item for another size, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Customers are responsible for return shipping on size exchanges unless the original item was incorrect or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We’ll take care of it.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and photos of the item.

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error with your order.

Please allow several business days after your refund is processed for your bank or card provider to post the credit.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, THS cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages that are subsequently lost or stolen.

If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier first. We’ll assist where we reasonably can.
